Wow, what a change from past experiences, we travel Australia in our caravan and when we have need we call into the local medical centre only to be treated with contempt because we are not local but here we are in Townsville and made an appointment at Mount Louisa medical center with Doctor Gregory.

From the moment we entered reception we were welcomed with warm greetings and an impression that we were important people.

Doctor Gregory was amazing, extremely thorough and caring, he said they would contact me when my results arrived and they did. A follow up appointment at 7.30 the next morning was not a problem and Doctor Gregory had me back up and running in no time. Extremely professional and caring people, thank you.

I have nothing but praise for this medical centre. The front desk staff – Katie, Kerry and Lisa, are very efficient, helpful and friendly. The three doctors that I have had consultations with (Drs Greg Thurling, Claire Poolman, and Paula Heggarty ) have all been very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I have never felt hurried during the consults and have been given whatever time was needed to deal with my health issues. Thank you for a great medical practice.
